ORBIT INTRODUCTION

At last the dream to be materializing very soon!! at IJMII,the dream project ERP hase been successfully launched on 2nd July 2007 and we are confident;in a few months from now our dream gets translated into a reality!!

With the support and encouragement of the management and allconcerned we do not forese

any obstacels in successful implementaion of ERP.

The ERP project is named after ORBIT suggested by Mr.Venkat.The acronym stands for Our Roads and Bulidings through InformationTechnology.

I Have a great pleasure in informing you that we propse to include a monthly newsletter for thepurpose of apprising you about the developments taking place and progress achieved on implementaionof ORBIT.

IT-Information technology- as the words themselves state about provinginformation via technology.IT has become an integral part of the modern way doing business effectively and effeciently.If the business has to flourish to greater heights year after year, it shall be system oriented and shall have flawless integrated processes with checks and balance in place.ORBIT seeks to achieve this.

A growing company like IJMII shall need to integrate IT into business to stay competitive in
